#DISNEY COCO MOVIE NIGHT & A GIVEAWAY

Disclosure: We were provided with a digital copy of COCO, promotional items and COCO movie frame in order to facilitate our family movie night. All words and opinions expressed are 100% my own.

It's been a few months since we got to finally see the Disney Pixar COCO on the big screen and I'm still on on a rollercoaster on emotions.
Now it's finally out on Movies Anywhere (February 13th) and will be available on 4K Ultra HD & Blu-ray this Tuesday February 27th. That means I can watch it over and over again from the comfort of our home.

We actually got to see COCO twice and all the emotions that were experienced watching this movie are unexplainable. It was amazing to see our traditions on the big screen. I couldn't stop thinking about my abuelitos all during the movie. Finally people and friends would understand how important Day Of The Dead was and the special meaning of our altars during the month of October. It's not the same thing trying to explain to friends, instead of them watching it on the big screen and being told through a beautiful story.

With Coco coming out on digital copy we got to celebrate bu having a special family movie night. it was extra special because my dad had missed watching it with us in the movie theaters and my mom was able to watch it in spanish, her native language.
If you've watched Coco then you are familiar with the soundtrack and one of its hit songs, Un Poco Loco. Valentina has not stopped playing with the Disney Pixar Coco Mp3 Microphone, that has flashing lights that flash as you sing along to the fun built-in music, featuring Un Poco Loco from the hit movie. It also connects to your smart phone, MP3 player, or other audio device to perform your favorite playlists for friends and family, too!

It was definitely a great addition to our family movie night, you better believe that we all took turns singing our favorite song.

The movie once again made me cry, it made us cry. Couldn't post pictures of tears but believe me they were there but we also laughed, danced and singed out loud.
My dad loved watching Mexico and our traditions on the big screen, especially thinking about his own parents who are now on our day of the dead altar. My mom loved watching it in spanish and understanding it a little bit more, since she was able to understand it a little bit more she did end up crying a little bit more then last time. There are days the go with Day of The Dead and when it's the adults time, we always buy my grandfather his favorite things to eat when he was alive. which were peanut m&m's and a mcdonald's cheeseburger with a little cervezita on the side.
There are still no words to explain how important it was to see Coco represent our special tradition and just how important our familia is. If you've followed me for a while then you know that my best friend is my mom, my number one coach is my dad and that family to me is my number one priority.
Love that I was able to share Coco with my parents and family, that it will be passed down from generation to generation and that we can watch it over and over again and be reminded of how important it is to continue our family traditions and keep them alive.

  6. This is such and beautiful movie. I only wish there was an option to watch it in Spanish so my grandma can watch it too. It only has an option for English Audio. I really hope that this gets updated and I don't need to by the bonus content version.
