Yay!! We are officially part of the Color Run family! This Saturday (5-31-14) We completed the happiest 5k on earth and we had a blast! The excitement that is built up until you hit that first color station is worth the hype. Munchkin and I had so much fun talking and counting down the time till we got hit with color and once we got past our first color station we couldn't wait to run past the next one.
We did the one in Queens, the course took place in the Citi field parking lot and as we went through the course we could see the color stations which in our case made us go faster so we could get more color - lol. The color and music, made for a perfect morning of running and laughter.
I loved making memories with my munchkin and talking with him about doing this race with Valentina sometime in the future. We are already planning next years color run.
