The Childrens Museum of Manhattan has a new exhibit for littles age 0-5 and it opened yesterday the 5th. It's a fun sort of hippie area for little ones to play and dance in.
There's a mouth slide where little ones can slide down a tongue! They also have to retro looking van where little ones can climb in and dream of driving away to far away places.
They also have foam pits, where the little ones can use the foam shapes and build stuff or climb in. Valentina loved climbing in and playing inside the foam pits.
There are also a lot of interactive play areas, where the kids can press buttons and watch the lights come on. I must admit that Valentinas favorite part of Frolic is the music section. There she found maracas, mini pianos and lots of singing mom workers. We spent a good 40 minutes, singing and dancing while playing with the maracas. Video will be up on the YouTube channel.
If you are a parent in New York and have wanted to visit the CMOM now is the time, Frolic is definitely a fun new exhibit. Even the bigger siblings can have a little fun :)
Have you been to CMOM before?
Love,
Kary xoxo
