The Retro 4 miler was a blast, I loved watching people run in old tees and dressed like the runners used to back in the 70's. The weather was good, there was no humidity which made for a nice cool run I felt strong and ran faster than usual. I shaved off 3 minutes from my last 4 mile race.
I always love 4 mile runs around central Park, just because we skip most of the killer hills - lol.
That won't be the story next week during the Oakley Mini 10k when we go around the park.
I'm ready for those hills just hope the humidity stays away.
