Baked potatoes, baked tilapia, quinoa with corn
Who said eating healthy had to be boring?!
Todays eats were a good mix of greens, protein, and sweets.
Lunch consisted of some pico de gallo, which was packed with some yummy avocado, tomato, cilantro, and onion.
Dinner was some very yummy tilapia, baked potatoes and quinoa with corn. My son loves quinoa and as long as he ate all of his dinner. Why not eat a cinnamon roll :)
Sometimes when people say they hate diets. That's where they are wrong because diets shouldn't exist. It's all about balance and eating in moderation. Having a cheat day to help maintain a good balance of what you eat. I made sure to not have any other carbs throughout the day, so a cinnamon roll was definitely worth it after eating a yummy, yet healthy dinner and lunch.
