This past Saturday we got to see an advanced screening of Rachet and Clank. I'm so happy that I was able to share it with my family, especially my son. He is at that age where life looks a little complicated.
Dreams might seem a little unreachable and that's where movies like Rachet and Clank come in. When watching the trailer you imagine it being your ordinary playstation movie, but it's not. The movie has a beautiful message of dreaming big and not giving up on them. No matter what people say, you always have to go after your dream. There is also no dream too big or too small.
Aside from that there is also lots of comedy, action and some cute moments.
It's great for the entire family, Valentina stayed awake during the entire movie, my husband laughed a lot, Miguel is already a big Rachet and Clank fan, so this movie was great for him and for me I loved everything about it!
After the movie we were able to have some Rachet and Clank fun.
We were sent this fun kit that included a dream board, some cookie cutters, and a little set to build our very own little paper clank. We made sure to make an afternoon of it.
It was great to talk about goals and dreams with Valentina and Miguel. Valentina is still little to really understand but she said she wants to be a ballerina, therefore I made sure to add that to our dream board. Miguel wrote down his number one big dream since he started Taekwondo and it's to become a Taekwondo master, he is only one belt away from being a black belt. I believe in him and will continue to cheer him on. This momma also made sure to add her next big dream on the dream board and it's to run her second half marathon. Next year for sure after this broken toe heals. It's greta to show your children that you can always have dreams, no matter your age!

Synopsis: Ratchet and Clank tells the story of two unlikely heroes as they struggle to stop a vile alien named Chairman Drek from destroying every planet in the Solana Galaxy. Ratchet is the last of his kind – a foolhardy “lombax” who has grown up alone on a backwater planet with no family of his own. Clank is a pint-sized robot with more brains than brawn. When the two stumble upon a dangerous weapon capable of destroying entire planets, they must join forces with a team of colorful heroes called The Galactic Rangers in order to save the galaxy. Along the way they’ll learn about heroism, friendship, and the importance of discovering one’s own identity.
