I've been doing it you guys, this mommy runner can officially say she's a gym rat. I got over my shyness, the urge to workout again was way stronger. It's been so good to feel the rush of energy again and to just be able to workout again. I miss running and know that I will be back at it, in a few months but my broken toe really appreciates me helping it recover. Cycling has left my legs burning and I love it. Next week my 3 days at the gym turns into 4 days.
Can't wait to keep toning my legs and work on more weights for my arms.
It's been a good week and I am definitely focused and determined to push myself outside of my comfort zone.
