It's Monday - Be Awesome

It's the beginning of a new week, so make sure to get out there and be awesome. Don't get me wrong I'm not one to believe in having to wait until it's Monday to start anew.

Any day is good, even if it's Wednesday. Don't wait until it's a new week to get up again if you've fallen off the wagon. Never wait until tomorrow, remember that no matter how much exercise you get in, even if it's 15 minutes. You are always winning the couch potato and don't do it for anyone else. Do it for you, for yourself. It's amazing just how amazing my self esteem is, after being able to workout again. It's been a little less than a month and I feel over the moon. Don't weigh yourself either, at first the weight that comes off is water weight and you could also be gaining muscle. Instead just focus on how your clothes feels, you will definitely feel it when your clothes is looser, that means that you are kicking ass and that the inches are coming off.
But most of all is how you will feel, I just feel so much happier and full of energy.
