Ducktales - Woo-oo!!
Who remembers Donald Ducks and his mischievous little nephews, so many adventures and fun memories. Well, they are back and just in time for the holiday season. A brand new DVD is coming out this Tuesday December 19th and it makes the perfect stocking stuffer.
In honor of it's release we thought it would be cute to make our own stocking Disney/ Ducktales inspired stockings.

Crafts with the family are always fun, it is the perfect time to make some fun family memories. Husband was off and we were all home, even Miguel though he doesn't show up in any of the pictures. We would do our own stockings inspired by our favorite characters, since we are celebrating the release of the new Ducktale dvd, a Donald stocking was in order. I would be the boss, I mean I'd be the one in charge of doing the Donald stocking.

We double use hard stock paper for our stockings, because they were easiest to handle and the kids would be able to easily decorate theirs.
We used one of our normal stockings to cut out, and we would each get a blank stocking to decorate as our favorite disney character.

Valentina has discovered scissors and loved being able to cut out her own mini stocking that she would decorate as Minnie Mouse.

First came the drawing out the details with a pencil, just in case any mistake was made it would be easy to correct. Then came the coloring in and adding those special touches.

Just look at those faces of concentration.

Voila! Our stockings. I can't stop gloating about the two, one I made.
Miguel might have had a little bit of my help.
Our holiday tree isn't lonely, it is accompanied by our flower crown inspired by Tangled that we made a few days ago and now our disney inspired stockings.

Grab some paper, scissors, crayons and markers, and the familia. Then get ready to make some memorable memories as you craft and make your cute stockings.
Why not make it a fun family movie night activity, grab a copy of Ducktales Woo-oo, the popcorn and have some fun!
