Celebrating #HotelT3 With Some Pomegranate Guacamole

Summer is upon us, and it's always nice to be able to enjoy some of our favorite foods in a more refreshing way. With Hotel Transylvania 3 a few days from coming out in movie theaters, I'm excited to share one of our favorite Summer foods and even though it usually has a touch of garlic, this time we will make an exception and keep it at bay in honor of our favorite Dracula - blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...

No vampires were hurt during the making of this Pomegranate Guacamole
Ingredients Needed:
1 pomegranate or 1 cup of Pomegranate Seeds (that can be found at some stores)
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 Avocados
1 tsp of Sea Salt ( to season to your own desire)

Garlic if you must but your favorite vampire family might not agree

Cut your pomegranate in half and start taking out the arils, but make sure to have a towel in hand and not wear white because the juice that sprays as you try and pop out those arils can really make a mess.

Start cutting your avocados in half

Then get ready to start smooshing away. Once your avocado is smooshed you can add your salt, cilantro, and arils. Use a spoon to mix around the ingredients. After that grab your favorite tortilla chips and serve. But make sure to keep the garlic at bay, in honor of your favorite vampires.

Ready to eat.
Everyone will love the mix of sweetness with avocado. We've been enjoying the Pomegranate Guacamole for about 2 years now!

Pomegranate Guacamole a big hit with little kids and adults.

Make sure to grab some avocados and pomegranates, as you make this guac to enjoy with your family during movie night.
Especially if you are planning to watch Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2 in anticipation of the latest installation to come out in a few weeks.

Have you ever tried making Pomegranate Guacamole?

Love,
Kary xoxo
