C'est La Vie

It was 15 years ago on a day like today that I became a mom for the first time. Today we celebrate 16 years of motherhood (counting the time, miguel was in my belly) and 15 years of my first born being with us. Such a whirlwind of feelings, no matter what people tell you, you can never be prepared for parenthood. It's a rollercoaster full of ups and downs, of which non are regretted. It's been amazing to see my baby boy blossom into the amazing young man that he is today. It hasn't been easy, but being a parent is never easy. As we continue to go through life, I will count my blessings. Because my children are my everything and reason for trying to be the best that I can be.
