Time To Stop Dreaming And Be The Game Changer - #JustAPlaydate

I'm a little bit giddy as I type this post out but I'm also nervous, because everyone knows that once you put it out there, it's there. People will hold you
accountable, people will ask you how it's going?
I've always been a person full of dreams, what you call a dreamer to be precise.
A lot of my dreams, I've made sure to make a reality, others have slipped my fingers and stayed exactly that, a dream. Something that always has me at what if? and everyone knows that, that is never good. Because we only have one life, and one chance. If we never try, we will never know what we are capable of accomplishing.
When I started blogging 8 years ago to be precise, it was just a dream of me wanting to have my little space on the internet where I could blog and just ramble on (you can read more about my blogging journey here).
One thing that I'm sure about is that people always come into your life for a reason, it always ends up making sense at one point in our life why, they are meant to be in your life. Through blogging I've met lots of amazing bloggers, who are now my friends and who've supported me through out the years. it's been almost 2 years now that Melissa from Justabxmom.com came into my life, and it's been great to get to know her and her little one. We both have girls and it's funny how our little ones kept missing each other for an entire year and didn't get to play together up until a few months, and when they did get to hang out, the click between our two girls was amazing. They were the best of buds from day 1.
It was a few months ago when Melissa mentioned to me the idea of getting our girls together along with other kid bloggers to swap their shopkins of which they already had doubles of. she could ask Moosetoys if they were interested in being a sponsor to some sort of playdate. We would talk and before we knew it, Moosetoys had already said yes. They would love to send some product for the kids. We'd talk about where the playdate could be held at and what would happen, she asked for ideas of names and we would just talk, the first event came and went, soon the second one was being planned. After the second event we went out for breakfast to talk about #JustAPlaydate and before I knew it, this momma was a business partner.
Excited is not the word, I'm over the moon. After years of blogging, it's so excited to be able to build a network that will be our own. We've seen so many amazing examples from amazing women, who have put in the hard work with it paying off in the end.
I'm also gettting to teach my kids that it's never too late to do what you want to do, sure it takes hard work, commitment and sometimes sacrifices. But in the end when you can say we did this, it will be all worth it.
Melissa and I will continue to do what we like, which is to work with brands and amazing kid influencers, only this time we will help build long lasting friendships in a fun environment.

Wish me luck on this new journey of ours and make sure to follow us along on Instagram and Facebook. To follow along my blog, just make sure to check under the #JustAPlaydate tab found on the top of the page.

Because you never know what adventure awaits.

Love,
