What You Need To Have A #ToyStory4 Carnival Movie Night

Everyone thought it was the end for Woody and the gang when Toy Story 3 came out, we were wrong. When the trailer for Toy Story 4 started playing I knew we'd watch because I can never say no to Toy Story, and even though this momma really wasn't feeling so excited about this new movie, I'd make sure to watch it the same weekend it came out in theaters.
Little did I know that it would offer the closure that was needed.

Toy Story 4 is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital Copy. No spoilers ahead - I promise!
In this new chapter of Toy Story some new friends are met at a carnival.
So what better way to celebrate the home release than by having a Carnival Movie Night.

What does a carnival movie night involve?
Family games, sweets and popcorn of course.

For our carnival movie night we had a tossing game, which was perfect way to collect tickets and then claim a prize. Kids and the adults at our family movie night had fun taking turns trying to toss the ball to get points.

We made sure to bring out some yummy cupcakes, and cotton candy grapes (which I didn't even know were in season) for our sweets.
P.S. If you are anywhere near a Trader Joes make sure to stop by and get your hands on some Cotton Candy grapes. They are the next best thing, to the real cotton candy.

It was time for our movie night, Vales RV tent was stocked with her must have items for watching a movie. Which consists of fairy lights for when the lights are turned off, everyone knows that watching a movie with the lights off is better. A plushy rug to be able to lay down when watching your favorites on the tv screen, some yummy snacks to munch on and last but not least, some fuzzy friends to cuddle with when you are a little bit worried during specific scenes.
Vale was ready!
Quick note, this would be the third time we watched this movie and it would still make me cry my eyes out. We saw it twice in the movie theater, once with my mom, the second time with Humbe, and Miguel, this third time we would watch it with the entire familia. Which included my sister and my niece.

You seriously would think that Toy Story 4 would make no sense, but it truly does give you that closure that you didn't realize you needed. A celebration of friendship and perfect way to end a movie that has been in our hearts since the 90's. I'm so happy to have been able to share this special movie with my kids. A movie that I got to watch with my own family in the movie theaters when it first came out, and that I was now able to share with my own little familia. They got to see me cry my eyes out 4 times, ha! Seriously, it gets to me every single time I watch it. I know that a lot of people haven't had a chance to watch it yet or prefer to watch it from their comforts of their homes. That's why I promised no spoilers in this post, only a recommendation to tell you that you must watch. Especially if you are a long time fan, who has followed Woody and the gang from day 1.
You will laugh, cry and reminisce a lot.

In “Toy Story 4,” Woody (voice of Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So, when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy Forky (voice of Tony Hale) calls himself “trash,” Woody decides to teach Forky how to embrace being a toy. But a road-trip adventure, including an unexpected reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts), shows Woody how big the world can be for a toy. In addition, carnival prizes Ducky (voice of Keegan-Michael Key) and Bunny (voice of Jordan Peele) bring a new level of fun to the film.
