Just A Minute In...November #NaBloPoMo

Happy Movember!
Watching... The Walking Dead! This past Sunday's episode was mind blowing, I wasn't expecting it at all and I shed some tears :( One of my favorite characters died. I can't wait till the next one.

Eating... A banana with some peanut butter and chia seeds - Om, nom, nom!

Wanting... Time to slow down. I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner and that we are less than 2 months away from 2013.

.Planning... My Christmas wish list :) Yay, it's that time of year! Plus a girl can dream, right?

Organizing... My winter clothes. Yep,it went from Summer to Winter! It is freezing in NYC and you have to go out in layers in order to feel warm.

Wishing... & Hoping I get a grant I applied for. So, about a month ago I applied for a grant which would cover the expenses of my first race. The race is called the Midnight Run and it starts on New Years Eve. The minute the clock hits 12AM the race begins, what better way to start a new year than by doing what I love the most - Running! I'm Praying and keeping everything crossed that I get it.

Thinking... About life in general, while some New Yorkers get to think about their holiday meals and family reunions, others have to think about where they will be sleeping in a month, about their houses or family members that they lost during Sandy. It breaks my heart and even though I try to be cheerful, inside I feel very sad.

Feeling... Thankful! I always feel thankful, but now more than ever. I am thankful to have my family safe and near me, thankful to have a roof over head and warm meals everyday. I am thankful for my beautiful and blessed life!
What are you up to today?
Love,
Kary xoxo

  4. This week's episode of The Walking Dead was crazy! I'm dying to see where they take it from here.

I'm already thinking about Christmas presents...both what I want and what I'm going to get for other people.
