Star Wars The Last Jedi comes out today and I got to watch it with Miguel - eeeee!!
Just in time for the holidays, you can buy a ticket and put it in that special someone's stocking.
But first why not try a fun DIY activity. We go to start celebrating the Star Wars The last Jedi early this week, by making decorating our own mini christmas tree and making some Star Wars ornaments to hang on our tree.
We were sent this fun Star Wars felt set which included some of our favorite characters from the movie. It involved some stitching and stuffing, which meant that I would need my moms help.
The set included a book with all the details and steps needed to make each ornament.
After some cutting and putting all the pieces together. we got to sew each little Star Wars persona, the first one to be made by Valentina's request of course was Princess Leia. How cute is she?!
The next one of course had to be Yoda, I still can't get over at how cute these ornaments are.
Ekkkkk!! How cute are Luke, Yoda and Princess Leia. Yes, the set is meant for 10 of the characters but these little fellas are not that easy to make. Especially when there is a toddler who thinks that she can help. These were the first ones we made, since this weekend promises to be a slow one we will be doing some more then. These little ornaments will be handed down to Miguel and Valentina and hopefully continue to be passed down in the future.
It was time to hang our Star Wars ornaments in our tree. I should have posted pictures of Valentina decorating her little mini tree but the moment it arrived she literally took all the items out by herself and started setting her tree up. She loved picking out the perfect spot for Luke, Princess Leia, and Yoda.
Star Wars The Last Jedi was released today in movie theaters nationwide.
